1. Introduction

Welcome to For Space Studio. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website and architectural services. By accessing our site or engaging with our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please discontinue use of our services or website.

2. Services

For Space Studio provides remote architectural design and documentation services to clients worldwide. The specifics of each service are outlined in individual project proposals or agreements. We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue services without prior notice.

3. Payment Terms

We offer two standard payment models depending on the nature of the project:

A. Fixed Project-Based Payments

• 60% upfront – payable before project commencement.
• 40% upon final delivery – due prior to release of all deliverables.

B. Milestone-Based Payments

• 30% upfront – before the project begins.
• 30% at a key project milestone (e.g., design completion).
• 40% upon final delivery – due before the final project files are shared.

Payments are to be made via the methods specified in your proposal or invoice. All payments are non-refundable unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide timely feedback, relevant information, and all required materials necessary for the successful execution of the project. Delays in communication or delivery of inputs may affect timelines and may result in rescheduling or additional fees.

5. Revisions

Each project includes a set number of revisions as stated in the project scope. Additional revisions beyond that scope may incur extra charges and affect delivery timelines.

6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client will own the final deliverables. For Space Studio retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio or for marketing purposes unless a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) is in place.

7. Confidentiality

All project-related information shared with us is treated as confidential. We will not disclose, share, or use client information outside the scope of the project without prior consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

For Space Studio shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the services in question.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate a project at any stage with written notice. The client agrees to compensate For Space Studio for any work completed up to the termination date. Deposits are non-refundable.

10. Governing Terms

These Terms are intended to apply globally, regardless of the client’s location. All users of our services agree to act in good faith and abide by the mutual expectations outlined herein.
